Moon Oil Capital TOO is officially in the position of 13 exploration licenses to operate in the Kashagan field, Far Eastern, Tengiz and Karachaganak, and Southern seas of Kazakhstan – along with major state-owned oil and gas refineries. The company is the first privately owned and controlled refinery to have its licenses approved for offshore projects on the continental shelf.
